About this event

The 2024 SA Run4Cancer Ultra Marathon took place on Saturday, 26 October 2024, at Old Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane, Limpopo. Distances were 48km, 21.1km, 10km and 5km. Official results have been published by the timekeeper. It was a qualifying event for both the Comrades Marathon and the Two Oceans Marathon.
