The 2024 Umngeni-Uthukela Water Marathon took place on Sunday, 10 March 2024, at Midmar Dam Resort in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal. Distances were 42.2km, 21.1km and 10km. Official results have been published by the timekeeper. It was a qualifying event for the Comrades Marathon.

Umngeni-Uthukela Water Marathon takes place in March every year during National Water Week at Midmar Dam. The marathon is an official Comrades Qualifier
