About this event
The 2024 Voet van Afrika Marathon took place Friday, 20 September 2024 to Saturday, 21 September 2024 from 06:00, at Bredasdorp sport grounds in Bredasdorp, Western Cape, South Africa. Distances included a 42km, 27km, 21km, 12km, 10km and 4km races.
The Voet van Afrika is tough, challenging and a test of mental and physical endurance.
The unique routes through farming areas, gravel road and jeep tracks across the mountain for the 42.2km athletes, with clear country air, green wheat and yellow canola fields and striking fynbos. The last stretch from Napier is on tar road to Bredasdorp Sport Grounds.
