Number collection

Number Collection Information

Number Collection will take place at:
- Sportsmans Warehouse Somerset West on Thursday, 18 September @ 12h00-17h00
- Bredasdorp Sport Grounds on Friday, 19 September @ 14h00-21h00

Number collection will also take place on the day from 04h00

Race Day Information

START:

42km - Elim Road
27km - Bredasdorp sport grounds
21km - School of Skills, Napier
13km - Bredasdorp sport grounds
10km - Bredasdorp sport grounds
3km - Bredasdorp sport grounds

FINISH: Bredasdorp sport grounds

Hydration

Refreshment tables for the Road Races will be placed at regular intervals along the routes and will supply water and coke. No refreshment stations for the Trail Runs, every athlete must provide their own refreshments

Parking

Parking with security is available at Bredasdorp sport grounds, but vehicles are parked at own risk

Timing

Gun to mat timing

Tog Bags

Tog bag facilities will be available

Headphones

The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification

Walkers

Walkers welcome for half-marathon

Prize Giving

Scheduled to start at 12h15

Marathon Cut-offs:
- Cut-off in Napier at the “Bo-dorp Huisie” (16.5km to go) at 10:30
- Final cut-off at 12:00 at finish
Transport to the start for the 42km Marathon Race will depart from Bredasdorp Sport Ground @ 04h45
- Note: Transport could be a bus or an open truck, so please come prepared).
- Half-Marathon:
  - Own Transport to Napier
  - Transport will be available at the finish to collect your vehicle in Napier after you complete the race. The return shuttle service will start at 10h30 and will run continuously on a rotational basis with the last shuttle departing after prize giving at 12h30. There will be 2 taxi busses running during this period and will depart once full.
