The 2025 Washie 100 Miler took place Friday, 11 July 2025 to Saturday, 12 July 2025 from 17:00, starting at Cathcart Country Club, Cathcart and finishing at Buffs Club, 1 Buffalo Park Dr, Quigney in East London, Eastern Cape, South Africa. Distances included a 161km race.

The Washie 100 Miler is the oldest (and only) road running 100 mile race in Africa. It attracts runners both nationally and internationally.  Washie is known for it's family-style community, with runners and their enthusiastic seconding teams taking on the challenge together.

The race starts at 17h00 on Friday 11 July 2025. The cutoff is on Saturday 12 July at 19h00 (runners have 26 hours to complete the race).
