- Saturday, 21 March @ 10h00-16h00 at:
  - Sportsmans Warehouse Rondebosch
  - Sportsmans Warehouse Tokai

Number collection will also take place on the day from 05h00 - 05h45

START & FINISH: Start and finish at False Bay TVET College, Westlake

Medals to all athletes who finishes within the cut-off time
