The 2025 aQuelle Zone 3 Marathon took place on Sunday, 7 September 2025, at Marks Park Sports Complex in Johannesburg, Gauteng. Distances were 42.2km, 21.1km, 10km and 5km. Official results have been published by the timekeeper. It was a qualifying event for both the Comrades Marathon and the Two Oceans Marathon.
