The 2024 Midvaal MADMAC took place on Sunday, 6 October 2024, at Café du Cirque in Meyerton, Gauteng. Distances were 42.2km, 15km and 5km. Official results have been published by the timekeeper. It was a qualifying event for both the Comrades Marathon and the Two Oceans Marathon.
