About this event

The 2024 Absa RUN YOUR CITY Cape Town 10k took place Sunday, 12 May 2024 from 09:00, at Woodbridge Island, Milnerton in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. Distances included a 10km race.

The 10km point to point route is fast and flat, highlights iconic landmarks and boasts magnificent views while featuring lively performances from some of Cape Town's leading performing arts groups.

The morning starts with a convenient bus trip from Cape Town's CBD to the start in Milnerton. The route follows the coastline running in the direction of the majestic Table Mountain before finishing in Lower Long Street.

All entrants, irrespective of their running pedigree, are invited to experience the alluring ambiance of the Mother City on Sunday 12 May 2024 at the Absa RUN YOUR CITY CAPE TOWN 10K!
