Number collection

See below for information pertaining to the collection of your race pack.

Number Collection Information

Number Collection will take place at:
- The Lookout, V&A Waterfront Cnr Granger Bay Blvd & Granger Bay Rd on
  - Saturday, 10 May @ 09h00-19h00
  - Sunday, 11 May @ 09h00-14h00

If you are collecting for yourself, please present the following at Race Pack Collection:
- The SMS confirming your entry, race number
- Your ID or Passport card or any other identification document
If you are collecting on behalf of another runner, please present the following at Race Pack Collection:
- Confirmation of entry
- Authorisation that you may collect their race pack on their behalf - Authorisation Form
- The SMS confirming their entry and race number
- A copy of their ID or Passport card or any other identification document
PLEASE NOTE:
- NO Race Pack Collection on the day of the event nor after the event.
- NO Race Packs will be given to entrants after the event.

Race Day Information

See below for more information pertaining to the lead-up to, and the race day itself

START: Woodbridge Island, Milnerton
FINISH: Lower Long Street, CBD

Medals to all finishers

Hydration

Two refreshments stations will be provided along the route and one at the Finish Point. No plastic sachets, only paper drinking cups on route.

Parking

There is ample parking in the city surrounding the Grand Parade and Finish area.

Timing

Your timing chip is attached to your race number. Please do not bend or tamper with the chip in any way. NO CHIP NO TIME.

Tog Bags

Tog bag facilities will be available

Headphones

The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification

Toilets

Toilets will be available at the start and the finish of the event, as well as, on the route

Prize Giving

Scheduled to start at 09h00

Runners are seeded according to the time indicated during the entry process.
Runners must line up in their correct start chute.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Plan to arrive well in advance of your allocated batch start time.
- Please do NOT leave valuables in your vehicle.
- Parking your vehicle in a public area is at your own risk.
- Parking is on a first come, first served basis.
BUS SERVICE:
- Pre-Event
  - The Park and Ride service is free of charge for all runners.
  - There is ample parking in the city surrounding the Grand Parade and Finish area. Please park your vehicle and make your way to Grand Parade, where you will get onto the MyCiTi and Golden Arrow buses that will transport you to the start at Woodbridge Island, Milnerton.
  - The first bus leaves at 06:30 and the last bus leaves at 08:15. Please ensure you arrive early.
  - Time your arrival at the start to ensure that you are well in advance of your allocated batch start time.
- Post-Event
  - Buses will depart from Walter Sisulu (CTICC) and transport runners to Woodbridge Island at the end of Union Road.
  - The first bus leaves at 10:30 and the last bus leaves at 14:00.
