The 2026 aQuelle Zone 3 Marathon will take place Sunday, 6 September 2026 from 06:00, at Marks Park Sports Complex, Orange Rd, Emmarentia in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. Distances include a 42km, 21km, 10km and 5km races.

This event has been approved as a qualifier for Two Oceans 2027 and Comrades 2027

    - Start to be from Roosevelt High, Finish at Marks Park Sports Grounds
    - There is a free bus service after the race to transport runners back to Roosevelt High
